MEET AIMEE & TROY
Highgrove Homes is led by married team Aimee and Troy, who have been reimagining homes together since 2012—beginning with their own. What started as a shared creative life as professional photographers naturally evolved into designing spaces, bringing the same eye for light, composition, and feeling into every home they create.
Over the years, they’ve worked on nearly a dozen homes from California to Tennessee. Alongside raising their two young boys, they also run an art company, Cove Prints, and are finishing their soon to be AirBNB in 30A Florida. At the heart of it all is a love for vision, creativity and ultimately , spaces that make people feel at home.
Just minutes from downtown Franklin, tucked into the rolling countryside of Leipers Fork, this five acre property is undergoing a complete transformation.
Originally a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, the residence is being taken down to the studs and thoughtfully reimagined for modern living—while honoring the land and its history. The new layout expands the home to over 4,000 square feet, introducing four full bathrooms, improved flow, and spaces designed for how families truly live today.
A brand-new three-car garage adds function and presence, paired with an additional 1,000 square feet of flexible creative space—ideal for a studio, office, or future guest retreat.
